Ok, but why compare it to a 600rr? A 1000rr is going to be a closer comparision but it still is two-wheeled and will never pull the G's that rail is going to do anyways...but.

I like the part where he says "I'm an Alien!", "Now It's tearing my face off!" and "It's sucking my brains out!". 2.9 secs to 60 now that's quick and it rode so flat around the turns, but it would suck here in Washington in the winter and in the rain. Got to love that "trunk" though and think about the "crash standards" it would meet.

dude...i would NEVER drive that on ANY public roads. its of corse not practical. Shit, i dont think i'd ever even drive a FERARRI on public roads. I just got swiped by some retards again 2 nights ago but the damage isn't as bad as the other by any means. but still, geez with all the dumb azz drivers in this world, i'd just make that vehicle my track bitch and leave it at that.

Comparing it to the bike that they did, its STILL a very good comparison if you ask me. Bikes are just simply known to tear an asshole through anything with 4 wheels and now they have something that would tear one right back. what i'm REALLY wondering is why they chose a damn civic type r motor and not an integra type r.

but in all cases, its not like they simply slapped on a super charger onto the CTR motor and called it a day and produced 300bhp. of corse there would have been a good ammount of tuning and parts swapped in and out to make the power it does. they coulda simply done the same with an ITR motor i would assume.

The civic motor is probably lower compression and better suited to getting blown than the teg motor for their purpose.

I have got to get me one of those!!! [img]eek.gif[/img] I just wonder the price tag on one of those. It just looks like a track killing machine. I wonder what it would do with a little light weight body paneling and a small sheild. Ok, just imagine a 2.0 block in there. I want to know the specs, like psi, and tourqe curve. I want one now!! That is something worth "Powered by Honda" sticker. That company who makes these, could just make a big hit.

About the only way that thing could get imported is as a 'kit' car. Even then, 26-27 thousand British pounds is a heck of a price tag for a kit. [img]eek.gif[/img]

They stated on the video 20,000 pounds for it, so it's some were around $35-40k in US dollars.

i think i would spend the $35-$40k for it. The guys on AT were saying that the top speed of the vehicle was like 140mph and gets pretty shaky or something after that. I'm fine with a top speed of 140mph, with nothing to cover my face, i think i'd rather stay at 120mph anyway [img]cool.gif[/img]
